This is a directory of resources that can be helpful for improving your wellness.
The five groups are different aspects or aids to use in a scientific approach to discover your own unique wellness. 

These are objective values concerning the state of our bodies. Some values are more direct measurements, such as the length of time that we are asleep. Other values are calculated values based on objective body measurements, such as heart rate variability (HRV) which is an indicator of resilience against stress. 

These are evaluations that produce a value based on current theories or on our own perceptions. Examples include aptitude tests, IQ tests, or our subjective feelings of the severity of our headaches or of our depression. These evaluations may include subjectivity but can be useful if they are an important part of our wellness goals. 

These are the technologies that are used to take measurements on our body and keep track of those measurements. Examples include fitness watches or rings, blood analyzers, genetic testing, and software organizers for our measurement data.

These are different technologies that can help us in our wellness treatments. Examples include apps for meditation, mindfulness, or deep breathing. 

These are the different practices, therapies, or lifestyle changes in our lives that can potentially bring an increase in wellness. Examples include a healthy diet, physical exercise, fasting, various ways of utilizing the relaxation response, or sleep.
