You can upload your own custom data data using CSV or Excel files or enter your own custom measurements directly in the application. If you are a user of the exist.io application, then you can also import many types of data directly into the Wellness Science application. In this way, you can utilize wearable data or lifestyle data from a host of different devices and applications – anything that is listed on the exist.io integration page.
